First, make sure you’re using the latest version of Big Walk — 1.4.8, out now or rolling out now — which fixes a known issue with quiet voices for some users.
Second, you might need to make sure that everyone’s input volume is adjusted at a system level - ie in your device’s settings. Another easy fix is to make sure everyone’s microphone is close enough to their mouth.
